Our Commitment
At Zabiva, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something goes wrong with your order, we aim to make the return and refund process simple and hassle-free.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Requests: Cancellations will be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. Additional charges may apply for intercepting, halting, or returning the shipment.
- If the order has shipped, it will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Return Timeframe
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
Conditions of Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: Products that are damaged or defective (e.g., malfunctioning or impaired) are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Incorrect or Mismatched Items: If we’ve sent you the wrong item, size, or color, we will rectify the mistake.
- Change of Mind: A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Opened beauty & nail products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Request RA Number: Contact us at support@zabiva.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Package Securely: Return the item in original packaging including manuals, tags, and accessories.
- Ship Back: Send the item to the address provided in the RA instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Criteria
- Items must be undamaged and complete.
- A 25% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns.
- Items showing misuse, tampering, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Options & Timeline
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 15 business days after inspection and approval.
- Partial refunds may be issued if a full refund is not feasible.
Replacements & Partial Credits
- Defective or Damaged Items: Eligible for replacement or refund after verification. If unavailable, partial credit may be issued.
- Partial Credits: May apply if a full replacement isn’t possible or item cannot be fully returned.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (short shelf life items).
- Personal care & hygiene items that have been opened or used.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or made-to-order products.
- Items in unsaleable condition (used, damaged, incomplete, or missing packaging).
